Almost 10,000 visitors pass through the MoMA’s doors each day with a ticket needing to be scanned by an agent either in the main lobby or film entrance. Lines to enter the Museum often extend down the sidewalk, especially during the holiday season.
Working with the Museum’s Client Services department, RenderMonkey designed, developed and deployed an easy to use iOS ticket barcode scanning app. The iOS app resulted in shorter wait times and required much less training than the previous Windows system.
